This piece grows from my lifelong love of gardening and my fascination with discovering rare botanical species. To me, flowers are the most mysterious artworks of nature living secrets whose arrangements, shapes, and colors seem to follow a logic far beyond the reach of the human mind. Their beauty feels designed by something greater than intention, carrying an elegance that needs no explanation. During a period of living in Malaysia, I encountered the Malaysian wild orchid, a species so architecturally surreal that it looked more crafted than grown. Its structure, discipline, and presence stayed with me for years, becoming part of my inner landscape. In this artwork, the orchids bloom inside a seamless glass dome, growing where thought and memory usually reside. This inner garden symbolizes the experiences, migrations, curiosities, and quiet searches for beauty across cultures that slowly take root within us. The faceless mask is overlaid with the MA geometric knot, a pattern I originally designed by hand and later explored through mirror-work. Here, MA becomes a personal and internal emblem a structure that speaks my identity in its own language.
