You ever notice how weird it is that we're all so connected, like you can text anyone in the world in two seconds, but somehow people feel lonelier than ever? We built this huge digital city full of noise and neon lights & everyone's walking around with the light reflecting from their phones, mind their own business.
We scroll, we like, we comment, but half the time it doesn't really touch us, and that's kinda scary in a world where everyone's trying to do better and be better in others' eyes.
Maybe that's why loneliness hits harder now. It's not that we don't have people around, it's that we don't feel seen by them. But hey, it's not all bad. The cool thing is, the moment you open up, even a little, you'll realize someone else feels the same way too. We're all just trying to figure this out together.
