Nowhere: Rising from the dark

Going forward in the story next character we have is "Marcus". The sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a crimson glow over the abandoned city. Crumbling buildings loomed like tombstones, and the streets lay silent, save for the distant groans of the undead. Ava clutched her makeshift weapon—a rusted pipe—her heart pounding in her chest. Beside her stood Marcus, his eyes scanning the shadows for any signs of movement.

“Are you sure this is the right place?” Ava whispered, her voice trembling.

Marcus nodded, though uncertainty flickered in his eyes. “The old library should have supplies. We need to find food and a map.”
