GAWD'S WORLD: ¥€$ #001

The 1st on-chain release of GAWD’s 2015 design “¥€$”, this 8-bit glitch (3200 x 4000 gif) is based on the original print file, layered and glitched in Photoshop for release as a 72 hour open edition mint exclusively for the July 2023 #OpenTez event. ¥€$ explores the good, the bad, the glamour, and the dark side of money, sex, attraction, and power.

About the Artist: Known for bold, brash art combining layers of type, design and paint, GAWD's work is a collision of pop, punk, social commentary, and the human condition. Each work challenges us to question ourselves, the world around us, and our place within it.
