It was a cold windy afternoon when we visited the Peninsula State Park in Wisconsin. The timing was perfect when we visited as we were the only ones there. We got to enjoy the calming silence accompanied by the sound of the waves and the subtle ambient sounds the trees produced. It was a time well spent with my cousin, grandma, and my aunts whom we visited. Nature time with family is the best and I treasure it a lot.
Spectral Memories is an ethereal exploration of memory through abstracted forms and colors. Through pixelation, deliberate blurring, and vivid color saturation, each image taken from the artist's smartphone unveils memories residing in an intangible, dreamlike space. Colors act as emotional triggers, guiding viewers through a surreal journey of personal recollections.
Captured with my iPhone then abstracted through Procreate on the iPad.
