Who Am I/Who I Am #2
“A process. Accessing the inner dialogue, is a process. One that takes time, that takes you away from the cravings of external sources of noise. A shift towards the direction of clarity. The more I turn inward on myself, the more I have questions, and then I find answers. There is a courage in deciding to sit alone.
To sit in silence in order to locate the loudest parts of yourself that echo from deep inside. In the efforts to make sense to ourselves, we start to understand where it makes sense to place our efforts on the outside, within the world, within community. If I leave this world with a better understanding of myself, informed by the self — then I have succeeded this time around.”
