Enchanted Beings: First ray

Lyra is a fairy of light who awakens the forest with each sunrise. The painting depicts the moment when the first rays of the sun penetrate through the thick branches of the trees, illuminating the face of Lyra sitting on a huge forest mushroom. In her hands is a staff radiating golden light. Fireflies and butterflies flutter around her, and the forest fills with morning shadows and colors.
