The Industrial Sea [4]
Filmed by Michael Collier in Vancouver, Canada (1970s). In 2019 I was looking for public domain footage to edit when I stumbled upon Michael Collier's personal films. However, all of the preview files were corrupted so I had no idea what I was downloading. His footage turned out to be absolutely magnificent and I could tell they had an eye for capturing the everyday beauty of Vancouver in the 70s. Combining their films with retro sea documentaries I created "The Industrial Sea" I recently re-visited the project to breathe new life into it.
