"Jack Be Nimble" is a visual sonnet based on the trading value of $XTZ over the last fourteen months. Each candlestick represents one line in the sonnet, a poetic form which traditionally has fourteen lines. A month's worth of price data is thus transformed into an expression of human sentiment, fluctuating like stressed and unstressed syllables in a lyric line as the market breathes in and out.

The title "Jack Be Nimble" is inspired by the nursery rhyme of the same name about the legendary pirate Black Jack Smatt: "Jack be nimble / Jack be quick / Jack jump over the candlestick." Good luck is ahead if you can jump over a flame without putting it out.
