pØ3t1c$: Price Fragility

Inspired by the stock ticker-esque text art of Jenny Holzer, "Price Fragility" derives from a series of interactive poetry environments I made as downloadable content for the simulation game Teardown in 2023. "Teardown Poems" are, in part, about bringing the materials-driven ethos of concrete poetry into the virtual realm, where language can be broken and remade instantaneously. "Price Fragility" plays with the transparency and volatility of crypto valuations to suggest the fragility and interchangeability of semantic units.
