BRUMALIA II β [βήτα] Berengaria

BRUMALIA arguably the predecessor to modern day end of year festivities, was initially celebrated on the 24th of November and later extended over 24 days festivities held until December 17th. With winter approaching and as the days gradually got absorbed by the cold nights, warmth was sought through nighttime festivities.
