A force without a name gently stirs the threshold. Between cloud and cell, a distortion comes to life.
This work began by sampling images of biological cells and structures— fragments layered and transformed repeatedly through AI. The resulting image emerged, reminiscent of cloud systems seen from orbit.
Swirling, drifting, drawn, distorted, and seeping— shapes that resemble one another not by intention, but as if pulled into form by something unspoken.
Biological systems and atmospheric phenomena— though different in scale— may both arise from the same distortion of unnamed force.
And as these images are gradually seen through the AI, even the flickers behind closed eyes, or the drifting forms imagined in dreams, begin to feel like distortions appearing at the edge of something unsettled.
I and AI—folded into each other— give rise to a trace like this: a subtle inflection of a nameless force, shaped in the space between us.
