The tasty smell of these plants and their pollen is so sweet to taste, The Namaqualand desert flowers are a sight to behold. and the excitement of the big 5, 4 x Cape Buffalo, and 100' other antelope, amongst them, is palatable. When the rains dry up the land turns into a deep sandy desert, with beach-like white sand. water needs to be pumped into the dams/ watering holes.
