The Blood Puppet has supernatural strength and stamina. He possesses the art of stealth and is skilled at infiltrating homes and escaping pursuit. He also has a knack for manipulating his victims and playing on their fears before delivering the killing blow.
The Blood Puppeteer seeks to inflict suffering and death on all those who believe he deserves their torment. He creates chaos and terror, leaving a trail of bloody destruction in his wake. His goal is to be forever remembered and strike fear into the entire city before his own madness fades away.
