Chase the Sun

Like for so many of us who have entered this space over the past year or so this journey has been an unprecedented rollercoaster for myself as well. I too came with big hopes, dreams and ideas, just to be frequently disheartened - or rather humbled - by unfulfilled or set-too-high expectations.

Yet these often emotionally draining times somehow always bounced back with unfiltered creativity, pushing myself in this direction or that, lead by fruitful experimentation and exploration.

Along the way - whilst chasing our sun - the initial hopes, ideas and dreams have changed, and at the same grounding our expectations, and emphasising what really matters when we are part of this all.

This piece is really the currently best example of my ongoing exploration of driving myself forward creatively, whilst coming to terms with the frequent turmoil I have to embrace. But I will keep chasing this creative sun.
