Number 4 screamed the whole time. All 7 minutes. We heard it through the helmet, some kind of… howling. After what we saw in the red suit, we couldn’t bring ourselves to open it, until it had gone completely quiet. There was no saving it anyway. Whatever was happening in the Kepler-444 system was far beyond our understanding.
