2096: The Shrink Protocol: Kean yurei

Role: Shadow Comm Relay Agent Faction: Undersignal Network

Kaen Yurei moves like a whisper through the crevices of the Shrink Dome. As a relay agent for the Undersignal Network—a secretive communication ring operating beyond the Council’s control—Kaen delivers encrypted messages between rogue scientists, black-market engineers, and rebel factions. Trained in stealth navigation and micro-environment camouflage, she is rarely seen and never heard… unless she wants you to.

She wears a reactive nanofiber suit and a voice-masking respirator that distorts identity even under surveillance. Most citizens think she’s a myth. The Council knows she isn’t—and they want her erased.
