Depression is depicted as a pit that many of us find ourselves trapped in. This dark and deep pit resembles the roots of a tree, slowly pulling us in and gradually making us a part of itself. Those around us may not notice this pain and inner struggle because this fall happens invisibly and unnoticed. The piece, "The Unseen Descent" serves as a reminder that this battle, while invisible to others, is real and overwhelming deep within us.
๐ค In my own experience, Iโve learned that this silent descent is the hardest to explain, but it's also the most important to confront.
