VideoConcrete: Dad's Camera

I couldn't believe he let me use it to film my first movie when I was 12. My brother and I built a model town and loaded it with fire crackers and lighter fluid. He let us film the explosions as we set it alight. Dad believed in my creative vision way back then....thanks Dad!

This is his camera dropped into my video diorama, as multiple cameras are feeding back on multiple screens, as processed by video glitch and synthesis tools. Sound is from modular audio and is live at time of recording. Captured with a BM Video Assist. Minimally edited in FCP--no after effects used...
