Brain pollution: it happens to all of us sometimes. And then we wonder: what even IS the toaster???

Art is based on a 1910 photograph of esteemed stage actor Harry Benham, known for his perfectly flat head and exterior brain situation. His photo was found on the Wikimedia Commons, Most of the words were cut out of early 1990s issues of Mondo 2000 magazine, with two of the phrases coming from circa-1980 Omni Magazine and one from an old 1950s sci-fi digest. All of those were found on archive dot org.
