A droplet stretches from a woman’s collar toward a magnet suspended above an abyss. Iron particles gather inside the transparent liquid, making the invisible pull visible. She approaches the edge with one hand open.
I wanted attraction to feel physical, intimate, and dangerous. The liquid remains connected to her body, yet an external force is already shaping it. Whether she is guiding the droplet or following its movement remains uncertain. The connection can stretch only so far.
Created for Three Words, this work brings DROPLET, MAGNET, and ABYSS into a single moment of tension. It explores the uneasy point where desire becomes force, and reaching toward something begins to resemble falling.
