Surrender, brute, to my invincible forces that haughty courage that encourages you; Surrender the indomitable fury that you animate, yields vigorous resistance:

if astonishment you are of the mountain and of men, I am from the fields and the beasts; that brave pride, that strength I will humble my courage and my strength:

of my ardor you will be later, unhappy brute, the miserable fatal victim; but, oh divine heavens!, I can no longer

resist fate as it decrees that in the arms of a brute is divided the vital thread of my existence...

Rinde, bruto, a mis fuerzas invencibles ese coraje altivo que te alienta; rinde el furor indómito que animas, rinde la vigorosa resistencia:
