999: DECIDE

Hiro, a street boy, meets Bache, a smart and attractive girl from a Japanese magic group, on the street. Bache suggests that they team up and start stealing from shops and wealthy homes. At first, Hiro is hesitant but Bache convinces him with her arguments and they become a criminal team.

With their cooperation, Hiro and Bache start stealing but everything changes suddenly when Bache is caught by the police during a robbery. Hiro is left alone and with a broken heart. However, Bache trusts him and helps him at times.

Hiro gradually becomes one of the best thieves in the city and with Bache, they try to find ways to rescue her from the police. After a while, they decide to do more dangerous things together and start stealing from banks and jewelry stores. But in one of these robberies, Hiro is caught by the police and sent to prison.

After spending several years in prison, Hiro finds an opportunity to escape and with Bache's help, he manages to escape from prison. Bache suggests that they use their magic to make money but Hiro decides to give up his criminal life and pursue a decent and honorable business.

Bache agrees with him and they both decide to put an end to their criminal life.
