Mental Health: Real authenticity - don't wear masks!

We live in a world of high technology, where many people cover up real feelings and appearance with masks and filters. This also applies to creativity, unfortunately! It is very difficult to see: where is the line between the real and the generated. It is very easy to argue that authenticity is not very important for art, because any creation is beautiful, even if it is not created by human. But it is very difficult to say that many people are too accustomed to wearing masks that are pleasing to society. I think that only a true inner light allows us to take off our masks and break them so that there is no temptation to put them on again! But how wonderful it is to show your true feelings, face and your creations, created by hands and soul. People, I want to ask you to look inside yourself and allow yourself to be real!
