Far from Home (#7) Saki was a young boy who lived in a small village with his parents. Saki's parents were killed in the attack, and he was left alone and scared.
Saki wandered through the forest, unsure of where to go. He was hungry, thirsty, and exhausted. Just when he thought he couldn't go on any longer, he saw a light in the distance. He followed the light and found a small cottage.
The cottage belonged to a kind lady named Nana. Nana took Saki in and gave him food, water, and a warm place to sleep. She listened to his story and comforted him when he cried.
Saki stayed with Nana for many months. She became like a sister to him, and he loved her dearly. Nana taught Saki how to read and write, and she helped him to heal from the loss of his parents.
Nana took Saki to where all the survivors gathered. When Saki arrived at the village, he was surprised to find that many of his old friends were still alive. They welcomed him back with open arms and helped him to rebuild his home. Saki never forgot the kindness of Nana, and he visited her often.
He always told stories of the kind Nana who had saved his life. He wanted people to know that even in the darkest of times, there are still good people in the world. Nana's kindness had given him hope when he had none, and he would be forever grateful to her. Soon he found a new home.
