Naked power: Dopamine love

Dopamine love is like an addiction to pills, each giving a short-term feeling of euphoria. The likes, comments and recognition on social media, each new response is like another “dose” that lifts our mood, but only for a moment. Each time we need more and more: more likes, more attention to feel the same effect. But over time, like a drug addict, “doses” do not give the same satisfaction, and we keep looking for new ways to get confirmation of our value, forgetting that real love is not a pill, but a warm and alive feeling that does not require external reinforcement.
