Open Edition: The Kiss of Love // 1988-2020 (The Lockdown Painting)
♪♬ Anything Box //:\ The Kiss of Love 2000 x 1891 Pixels with 4K drop to collectors who want theirs signed and numbered.
Hi! This is endpop / Claude S., better known as the soul behind Anything Box and The Diary. What you are collecting is a tokenized version of a physical re-creation I did from Anything Box's first album, Peace. The painting features the lyrics to Kiss of Love, and it was painted during the lockdown of 2020, so it has a historical significance.
I do not know that I would have re-visited the work were it not due to the Quaranstreams we all shared together as the #AboxFam during that horrific period of time. The physical piece will be auctioned at some point in the future as well, but I stress that owning the token is actually more important in many ways.
Some explanation for the newbies to NFTs.
-
An Open Edition does not set a cap on how many NFTs can be created. However, NFT collectors are usually given a set time frame to mint an NFT from an open-edition collection. When the time limit runs out, the number of NFTs in the collection is capped. Also, there could be a cap on how many may be minted by a wallet.

A drop is when I send a token (which is art, music, or a pass to something directly to your wallet. All holders of this NFT will be on my best collector list. This list will have perks for being with me during this journey. Remember, we are still at the start of all this!
I also made a blog post to teach you about collecting on Tezos. It's a beautiful, artistic, creative, passionate community of artists, musicians, and more. So aside from all this drivel text, please explore the artists I have collected and more on OBJKT. It's very addicting.

My aim is to bring more adoption to this format, as soon enough, it will include high-resolution AUDIO such as singles, as well as mixtapes which you can find on this profile. Explore!!!
