Stellar gold: Andromeda

In Greek mythology, Andromeda was a beautiful princess who was chained to a rock as a sacrifice to a sea monster. However, she was saved by the hero Perseus, who used Medusa's head to turn the monster into stone. After her rescue, Andromeda was placed among the stars as the constellation Andromeda.
