Innatraea's Nunnwi (Little Folk): Jacan (Trouble)

Jacan was among the first born aboard the colony ship Duyu, or “Truth,” and she is a Chatsi, or “wingless.” She believes the future of all Nunnwi is working with other races and adapting to their new circumstances. She also believes that Chatsi are an evolution in this direction. Unfortunately she uses her talents and intelligence to swindle, steal, scam, and smuggle in order to achieve what other races deem valuable; wealth. She and her friend Nazshoni are an infamous pair.
