I once beheld a goddess small, Whose gaze enraptured most of all; Her eyes, a sea of cerulean hue, A soul of light, forever true.
Her fur was softer than the dawn, Her warmth a strength to lean upon; Her love burned fierce, yet tender too, A heart unwavering, pure, and true.
Through nights of sorrow, pain, and fear, Her healing presence lingered near; Her gentle purr, a sacred flame, A comfort deep as breath or name.
Seventeen years she walked our way, She blessed our home by night and day; She watched our children safely grow, A guardian only love could know.
And now the saddest day is come, Her mortal path at last is done; Yet in our hearts she lives anew— Our little goddess, strong and true.
