Touchsoundart Interactive: Looking To Each Other

This sculptural work was born out of conversations with artist friends questioning artists' role in society during current changing times. Are artists only capable of presenting the problems we are confronting or highlighting the aesthetic moments? Perhaps, when facing challenging issues, artists are able to offer a creative take on the solutions, but for this, we need to come together as a community and look to each other.

The sculpture of two conjoint heads looking in different directions connects the insides of the two halves with fiber-like threads. Just like telepathy, our conversations across web3 and IRL spaces provide us with the virtual tangential plane for exploring perspectives and visualizing our conceptions. This piece conveys the thoughts we share in this virtual reality beyond the mere reflections of the physical.
