“This is not real”, she thought. “I’m just burned out -that goddamned schedule, annoying clients, demanding boss… felt like I couldn’t take this anymore. “
“If I quit, will it be better?” “Absolutely No”, said her imaginary father. imaginary, because she never knew her father. And her mother never let her know. Plus, she never try to find out. Better to keep it imaginary, she thought.
“Life would never be easier as you’re getting older, Suzuhara. Life was tough since the first time it had begun.”

“Everyone’s left. Time to go home”, she mumbled. Time to sleep. Call that taxi, enjoy that neon purple sky, heading upstair, open the door, passing the corridor where she hung her picture and her mom next to the calendar, go to the bed and let it swallow her body.
Suzuhara felt her body was chopped into pieces. Tomorrow is sunday, she can sleep like a dog all day long.
