"The most traditional food in my city (Guará) is called Bomba, it's very cheap. A sandwich with hamburger, bacon, eggs, salad, cheese, ham, sausage and mayonnaise. It really is an event, the snack bars are packed on the weekends and everyone here eats Bomba frequently, even though we have to share space with the pigeons and always without questioning the origin of the food and praying that the mayonnaise isn't spoiled, even so, we continue eating there and we like it a lot."
