Context: I wanted this to be an experiment with the historic, artistic tradition of the nude while avoiding the excessive irony so easy slip into when working with established forms. I find that the glitch aesthetic is a very helpful approach when I wish to recontextualise historic forms and creative subject matter from past decades.
