This is Just a Test: Dios Cohoba

Cemi taggers are an interpretation of the Taino Gods. Dios Cohoba is the main deity in Taino religion. During ceremonies the plate on his head was used to disperse the sacred substance used by shamans to communicate with ancestors and Gods. Taino’s where known to engrave symbols in stone. In this mystical world Cemi Taggers tag the world with their symbol. This project fuses ARRRTADDICT’s love for graffiti and street art with her passion to tell stories of her Indigenous Taino roots.
