Free Association: Duas Coisas

This series of collages is inspired by the psychological concept of free association, a technique used to explore the unconscious mind by allowing thoughts and images to flow without censorship or structured reasoning. Each piece reflects the spontaneous and unfiltered nature of this process, where diverse visual elements—seemingly unrelated—intertwine to evoke new meanings and connections. Through this artistic method, the collages invite viewers to experience the fluidity of thought, encouraging personal interpretations and emotional responses, much like the unpredictable pathways of the human psyche in free association.
