The Prophecy Scrolls: The Decree of Cyrus

After the Fall of Babylon, a new chapter of the prophecy began. The Keeper stood before a ruler whose name appeared throughout the Scrolls: Cyrus. He changed history not through chains, but through a decree. At a time when nations were enslaved and temples lay in ruins, a proclamation was issued that altered the course of history. The captives were allowed to return to their homelands. The ruined cities were given a second chance. And hope, after years of exile, was reborn. The Fourth Scroll declares: "A power that grants freedom endures longer than a power that conquers lands." Thus the Cycle of Return entered its age of liberation.
