When night fell, the world became still. The lake turned to glass, the moon reflected upon the water, and the forest sank into silence. It seemed as if nature itself had finally found peace. But there was one creature that carried within it what no one else could see. A delicate night butterfly with transparent wings held entire catastrophes inside. With one beat of its wings, lightning was born; with another, forests burned. Between the fragile veins of its wings, tornadoes rose and ocean waves transformed into raging tsunamis. It was as though all the elemental forces of the world had found refuge within a creature that could be lost with a single touch. Those who saw the butterfly could never understand how something so gentle could contain so much chaos. Yet the butterfly never wished to destroy. Night after night, it flew above the quiet waters, gathering the fury of storms and the rage of the elements within itself, so that the rest of the world could sleep peacefully, if only for a while. No one knew how much longer such a small creature could endure. And so, every silent night, the moon watched over it with special tenderness, as if it understood a truth that people so often forget: The most fragile beings sometimes carry the greatest storms within them. And perhaps, because of them, the world remains astonishingly calm.
