This is a photo from my parents' room. It's usually very dark and colder than the other rooms because it's on the west side of the house. But once a day – at sunset – on a sunny day, it is flooded with light. And then the sun begins its bizarre play of light and shadow, which I can admire for hours. And it reminds me that even in the darkest times there is light.
