The Philosopher Brand: The Eccentric

The Eccentric knows all and tells all, but has a distinct problem with keeping all of it organized. A character from The Scrolls of Azzrak, his omnipotence is only surpassed by his lack of executive functioning skills. He was born without the use of his legs, but compensated with the power of his mind. What he lacks in social skills, he makes up for in his capacity to learn and comprehend all manner of data. The Eccentric is exactly that.
