ANZART Exclusives: فارس (Fares)

Everyone has something they cherish more than anything in the world. Many went through the phase where that precious something is taken away from them.

It’s a feeling of powerlessness that is suffocating and it feels like the weight of the world is crushing you. But, eventually, you find a way to pick yourself up and keep going because you know that they would want you to. That precious thing may not be with us now, but it’s forever engrained in our hearts.

For some, pets are their most precious thing. Fares is a very special cat for his owner and his family. This is a memoir for those who can relate, a relief too, I hope. Just know your most precious friends are happy up there and always think of you.
