Demeter, is the beautiful Greek Goddess of agriculture, grain, and abundance. She is one of the twelve Olympian deities. Beautiful Demeter bears symbols of the abundance and nourishment she provides to the people of the earth. She is adorned with gold and wears a crown of sheaves of wheat. She preserves the natural world and promotes sustainable agriculture even as she calls upon all of us mortal gods and goddesses to follow her lead and preserve our earth.
