The Irish natural wonder that is the Cliffs of Moher are hard to capture in just one photo. As I walk along the cliffs, I am in awe of my surroundings. The Irish countryside on one side; flocks of sheep roaming wide open green pastures. On the other side, lush grass separates you from a ~400 ft. drop to the vast ocean; waves crashing into the cliffs below. I spent 5 days in Ireland, and for almost the whole trip it was gloomy and rainy. There was only one short window where the sun came out and skies cleared, and it happened to be the exact moment I arrived at the Cliffs of Moher. After driving through the narrow, windy roads from Limerick, I arrived at the parking lot for the cliffs and there was a slight drizzle from the sky. As I walked from my car to the viewing point, the clouds passed and the sun came out, exposing clear blue skies and creating a wonderful spectrum of colors.
