Don't Go Outside: I Have Loved You Since I Was 13

Nostalgia. The struggle. Looking forward to what might come next vs looking back at what might have been. The tomorrow vs the yesterday. How things could have been, why they should have been, and where it would have taken us. Or if that would have been a mistake anyway. Where would we be now, and does it even matter?

This photo was originally published in "Don't Go Outside" my first book of Tokyo street photography in 2017.
