The Universe Inside Me: The light of your soul

When I feel bad, when I have lost my way, I close my eyes and imagine the cosmos. There is silence, calmness in space. There are no problems and no fuss. I hear my heart beating. I imagine a warm golden glow inside me. And that light grows, filling everything around me. It is my soul. I connect with it, and I feel better.

I believe there is a magical light in everyone. Save it!
