Pixel Fragments: Spinner

Spinner was a type of automobile (described as an aerodyne) used by the Los Angeles Police Department in the year 2049.

It was utilized extensively to survey the population and was capable of driving on the ground or flying in the air. It was powered by three engines: conventional I.C.E., jet, and anti-grav.
