The Watcher: this so-called digital life

"I feel so trapped inside this false reality,
Living my life through a digital screen.
I'm forced to accept it, though I hate the feeling,
Since it's the only way I can connect with others.

I long for the days when I could see their faces,
And hear their laughter in person, not just online.
But now we're all stuck in this digital world,
And human interaction has become so rare.

We're like ghosts, haunting each other's screens,
And though we can see and talk, we're not really there.
It's just a digital facsimile of life,
And I can't help but feel so disconnected."
