1/1 illusions: "𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧"

"Sometimes what seems the reality may not be, or maybe.. it is.. ~illusion."

During the process of creating this piece, I underwent a big transformation as an artist and as a human being, and I am still in the process as it’s a lifetime journey, I guess haha🤍
From being lost, scared, overthinking, and experiencing absolutely wavy feelings every day, and it’s scary you even more... to trusting the world with all your heart, just feeling yourself, and following your heart and own feelings. Life is a journey and it’s wavy sometimes, but always keep going and don’t forget to slow down a breathe.
I’m a very sensitive person, and sometimes I can overanalyze and exaggerate everything in my head, creating a feeling that something is much bigger and more complicated than it really is. And afterward, I just need to remind myself to take some time to breathe, get myself back from my mind to my body, and just see everything in calm state. Im still learning to live in a way that it becomes a part of my life without needing to remind myself of it.

In the last moment, I felt like I want to animate this piece and add more of this illusion effect, when you see a piece and after it’s gone. Abstract art is so interesting as it allows people to see different kinds of objects even if they don't exist at all in the artwork, and this is all kind of our own imagination. I felt like I want to create this in black and white colors.

This is just my own history and my own journey. I appreciate absolutely everyone for all the love and support; it means a lot to me. Much love, Vlada

This artwork and the story behind it were created in April 2024.
