Proof of Patronage: Portrait of Lieutenant Markvard de Pillenhovven

Portrait of Lieutenant Markvard de Pillenhovven

This NFT portrays a painting of regimental officer Lieutenant Markvard de Pillenhovven before restoration. It is part of a series of 19 paintings belonging to the Georg Christian Prinz Lobkowitz Kyrysnic Regiment, attributed to Italian painter Antonio Lucini (1662–1741). Patrons get access to a second NFT depicting the restored painting upon its completion. A patron of this project will see the portrait’s transformation from pre- to post-restoration, while still owning the only existing NFT of the work in its damaged condition.

Disclaimer: The NFT and the physical painting are separate works. Ownership of the NFT does not grant ownership of the physical work.
