Perhaps if I say it here, I won't have to think about it for a while.
At times I am selfish, I feel as though I must be.
The morality of selfishness is a constant conversation I'm having with myself.
I feel as though I must focus inward, in order to truly share outward.
There are times where this barrier is broken, and I am able to share love, experiences and creativity without sacrifice.
Time without sacrifice is often time spent with family and friends.
In those times, the only limit is my mind.
There are also times, however, that I feel as though I could do so much more.
I feel as though I could have done so much more before, 'If only'.
I attribute this feeling to an excess of energy and unused potential.
Because of this feeling,
I constantly shroud myself in my own thoughts and convictions.
I often forget why I need the things I need.
I often forget what I want and how I want it.
I often forget, the reason I must hold the world.
The reason I must hold the world is so I can share it with you.
